Eligibility Requirements
- Must be in a senior management or executive leadership position
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in current or similar role
- Demonstrated track record of significant business achievements
- No pending legal or ethical violations
- Nominees can be from any industry or geographic region
- Self-nominations are accepted and encouraged
- Previous winners are eligible after a 3-year waiting period
